Our leadership team provides an array of services encompassing all aspects of hospitality operations from pre-opening planning, marketing and financial services to daily operations. We are accomplished hoteliers and experienced business professionals with significant operations, marketing and financial expertise.

Amit Patel
CEO of Finance Accounting & Development

Amit Patel graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas Austin with a major in finance and minor in Accounting. A life long learner and second generation hotel owner operator, Amit has over 10 years of hospitality ownership that includes ensuring operational standards, overseeing the property sales efforts, coordinating renovations, all aspects of real estate development, securing financing, developing bank packages and budgets. His expertise lies in creating strategic partner relationships and offering both investors and owners valuable and immediate solutions for the challenges and opportunities they face in today’s hospitality industry. He offers many attributes to Lodgic Hospitality one of which is his genuine leadership. In addition to development, Amit focuses on oversight of Lodgic's finances, accounting, purchasing, administration, legal, risk management and human resources. In addition he continues to cultivate important business relationships and focuses on the future vision of the company and it's developments.

Viraj Patel
CEO of Operations & Revenue

Mr. Viraj is responsible for all aspects of operations and sales for the company’s hotels. Mr. Viraj serves the role of CEO Operations for Lodgic Hospitality giving him oversight of all corporate resources and strategic planning. Viraj Patel is a technology-driven professional with a diverse background that includes being a developer of premium brand hotels. Viraj’s leadership ensures the stability of the organization and creates a platform for dynamic growth. His fresh thinking helps inject new ideas and processes. He's the leader of our internal growth strategy and data driven results. He shares his father’s vision for profitable growth through unwavering integrity and consistent development of top quality hotel brands. Viraj personally oversees the day-to-day activities of the company’s operation and sales teams, and his charismatic personality inspires the corporate culture with all company associates. He is an expert in Hilton revenue management and operating systems, and also has extensive experience with IHG hotels. As part of Lodgic, he oversees rate strategy, offers leadership and guidance, and analyzes and creates strategies to drive profitability.

Kalpa Patel
Corporate Director of Finance

Kalpa Patel is responsible for the company's purchasing, procurement process, the conduct of its relationships with leading vendors, the maintenance of its fiscal records and preparation of financial reports. Kalpa Patel’s career began after completing her bachelors’ degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans, with a minor in marketing. As a former General Manager and Purchasing Manager, she has hands-on experience identifying opportunities, anticipating problems, and improving a hotel’s financial performance. Mrs. Patel has built a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, construction, project management and procurement over the past years. She is recognized for her expertise in the accounting, inventory control, centralized purchasing, and accounts payable. Mrs Patel has served with distinction at the financial helm of Lodgic since its early stages. Mrs Patel's business and financial acumen are at the heart of Lodgic’s enviable reputation as an excellent steward of money and responsible manager of assets. Vendors, accountants and colleagues have openly praised her integrity, unwavering fiscal resolve and informed optimism.

Carlos Sierra
Director; Operations and Support

Carlos Sierra is a graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Management in Miami, one of the highest rated hospitality and tourism programs in the United States. Mr. Sierra has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and currently leads the strategic sales efforts for Lodgic Hospitality. Carlos is responsible for leading and assisting the hotels in achieving top line revenues through pro-active strategic planning and creative marketing initiatives. Carlos focuses on sales talent acquisition, training, account development, leveraging advertising and membership opportunities to effectively promote the corporate image and hotels with the overall goal of driving RevPar growth and profitability. He plays an integrated role in working with the hotel and sales personnel to develop new opportunities and attract new business. Prior to joining Lodgic, Mr. Sierra received recognition, awards, and certifications with hotel brands, including DoubleTree, Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Homewood Suites. Carlos serves on a number of local and state organizations, including current co-chair of the hospitality committee for Texas Business Travel Association, the winner of GBTA’s large chapter of the year for 5 consecutive years.

Dee Northcutt
Corporate Controller & HR

With over thirty years of hospitality background, Dee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. Dee has worked in various capacities with several hotel companies, which included Wyndham, Hilton, Holiday Inn and independent hotels. Her roles included positions such as Accounting Manager, Human Resource Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Area Comptroller.  In her years with Wyndham International she was instrumental in creating and formulating the company’s Standard Operating Procedures, Acquisition & Disposition Guidelines, Job Descriptions and Internal Audit procedures. Her achievements include enhancing Revenue Controls, Food & Beverage Cost Controls, Labor Management, Budget implementation, and Other Expense reductions. Her primary objective is to assist in growing the company to the next level through consolidated reporting, SOP compliance, consistent property financial reporting and analysis, and initiating internal controls.

Douglas Bradley
Director of Revenue Management

Mr. Bradley is the force behind optimizing pricing and inventory based upon consumer demand and market conditions. He is responsible for all aspects of revenue management including competitive analysis, strategic forecasting, inventory controls, pricing strategies, tactical plans, group management, and ensuring properties are set up for optimal revenue maximization. Through his 20 year career in the hospitality industry, Douglas has developed a wealth of experience in revenue management. Widely recognized for his skills, he has received numerous industry accolades from Gaylord, Marriott, and Hilton. His experience includes working with brands such as Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hampton Inn, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, Candlewood Suites, Residence Inn by Marriott, Aloft Hotels, Springhill Suites by Marriott, Element by Westin and Gaylord Hotels; having held various position, including Revenue Manager and Senior Manager of Revenue Management. In the past ten years, Douglas has been a key player in the opening team for fifteen hotels. His main focus remains driving RevPAR growth at each property. Douglas Bradley has a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M University.

Janice Cardenas
Accounts Payable Manager

Janice Cardenas is a graduate and proud alumna of St. Theresa’s College in Cebu, Philippines. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies. Janice has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She was part of the pre-opening team, who successfully launched the first hotel and casino property located at the Northern Mariana Islands. Her experience also includes working at independent full service hotels and Hilton branded hotels. Janice is currently the Accounts Payable Manager for Lodgic Hospitality. She handles daily A/P responsibilities, oversee the timely, accurate processing of invoices, expense reports and payment transactions for Lodgic's portfolio of hotels. Janice develops, implements and maintains a system to ensure all hotels adhere to company guidelines.

Lilian Banda
Payroll Manager

Lilian manages and process payroll for over 600 employees in two states. As Payroll Manager for Lodgic Hospitality, she directs the collection, calculation, and entering of data; she reviews all changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deduction, job titles, and transfers. Her past experience includes Accounting Supervisor and Income Auditor with Lodgic Hospitality and has held several hotel positions throughout her career.

Annabelle Dupont
Property Support & Task Force Manager

Annabelle Dupont brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to her role within Lodgic Hospitality, including management positions with independent hotels, IHG, Hilton and Marriott brands including as General Manager of Hampton Inn & Suites Houston Pasadena and opening General Manager of Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Pasadena, which received a Gold Circle Award in 2017. She works with both on and above property teams, overseeing the hotels’ operations as well as providing preopening support to Logic’s future hotels. Annabelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
